Feeds, nappies and sleep, logged together
With Meceluna you log each feed, nappy or nap with a tap, and what one of you records shows up on the other's iPhone. This way you know when they last ate without asking each other at 03:00
It is on the App Store for iPhone, free. Plus is optional.

How it works in Meceluna
- Tap Log, in the middle of the bottom bar, and choose Feed, Nappy or Sleep. A breastfeed has a timer for each side.
- Right there are the bottle, the breast pump, the temperature and notes.
- To share, “Invite your partner” on Home (or in Settings, the gear on Home) and send the link by WhatsApp or Messages.
- If someone is staying with the baby, in Agenda there is “Today they stay with you”, which sends them what they need to know.

What you can log
Breastfeeds with a timer for each side, bottles with their amount and pumping sessions. Pee, poop or both nappies. Sleep, with the time they fall asleep and the time they wake up. Also tummy time and any reminders you want, at a set time or every day.
If you make a mistake, “Undo” removes it for a few seconds. At night the screen dims so as not to dazzle.
With a feed running, the lock screen and the Dynamic Island show the timer, and from there you switch sides, pause or finish without opening the app. The alert for hours without a feed lets you start one with a tap.
Sharing it with your partner
One of you sends the invitation from the app, by WhatsApp or Messages, or shows their QR code. The other person opens it on their mobile and from that moment you both see the same, without creating a Meceluna account.
It works with an iPhone and another iPhone or an Android: each logs on their own. Changes are encrypted on the mobile before they leave and travel through the Meceluna service, which cannot read them: only the family's mobiles hold the key. We explain it in detail in Privacy.
Grandparents or the babysitter can join in “View only” mode: they see the log and cannot change anything. And if one day someone stays with the baby, “Today they stay with you” sends them in a message what they need to know.
History, curves and report for the paediatrician
The history shows each day by hours and the charts show how the week is going. The measurements from each check-up are plotted on the WHO growth curves, with corrected age if they were born early. For the appointment there is a PDF of the last 7 or 14 days, and the full log can be exported as CSV.
With Plus, Patterns summarises their rhythm from what you have logged: how long they stay awake between sleeps, the naps, the longest they sleep at night and at what times they ask for more. It is what tends to happen, not what should happen.
Sleep has its place on Home: the day at a glance, with what has been logged and, when there is data from several days, what time they usually fall asleep. In Charts are their usual schedules, naps and each night's wake-ups. It all comes from what you have logged for that baby, never from tables by age.
What it does not do
It gives no sleep advice and does not calculate when they will be hungry again: it logs what happens and shows you the data. It is an iPhone app and the Android one is in testing. There is no browser version, except the gift list panel.
How much it costs
Everything on this page is free, including sharing with your partner. Meceluna Plus is optional and is not needed for anything on this page.
Frequently asked questions
Which app can I use to log my baby's feeds, nappies and sleep with my partner?
Meceluna, for iPhone and in Spanish. Each of you logs from your own mobile and the other sees it on theirs, encrypted and without signing up, even if one uses Android. It is free and has no ads.
Is there a baby app with no ads and no sign-up?
Meceluna has no ads and does not ask for an account to log. What you log is stored on your iPhone and, if you want, encrypted in your iCloud. If you share, changes travel encrypted from one mobile to the other and we cannot read them.
I am looking for something simple, with no sleep advice. Does Meceluna give any?
No. Meceluna logs what happens and shows you the data, with no sleep advice or tables by age. With what you have logged, it tells you what time your baby usually falls asleep. Feed, nappy and sleep are one tap away in Log, in the middle of the bottom bar.
Can I take a summary to the paediatrician?
Yes. Meceluna makes a PDF of the last 7 or 14 days with what you have logged, and the full log is exported as CSV.
The essentials of Meceluna are free and have no ads.
